We use the finest ingredients in a family recipe that's been perfected over generations.
Made from scratch, we use a lot of egg yolks (too many to say!), coconut milk and very fine cake flour to make the moist coconut cake layers. Then we add coconut cream cheese and coconut buttercream to bring it all together in a rich, moist coconut delight. Weighing in at more than ten pounds (10-inch version), this cake means business!
